REFERRALS FROM GP DoctorS WELCOME
If you’re a GP doctor referring a patient — thank you for your trust. I value collaboration with referring doctors and aim to provide clear communication, timely feedback and continuity of care. Please feel free to contact the clinic directly for referral templates or secure messaging details. We work with GPs to prioritise urgent or severe cases.
For patients who’ve been referred by their GP, welcome. Simply let your GP know you’d like to see Dr Ebony, and they can send the referral directly. You’ll be contacted to arrange an appointment, and we’ll guide you through next steps from there.
